Description PANDA is a multifunctional daily trainer designed for walking, running, and everyday urban use. Inspired by the soft and balanced character of the panda, the shoe features organic curves, gentle transitions, and a minimal black-and-white identity.
Lightweight construction, breathable materials, and adaptive internal cushioning create a comfortable, almost invisible on-foot experience, giving the sensation that the shoe subtly guides the user forward.
This concept was fully designed and developed digitally using Blender, exploring form, structure, and material behavior through complete 3D modeling as part of an industrial design process.

The Double Impact Bubble system integrates two soft EVA inserts in the heel. Under pressure, the rounded forms compress vertically and intentionally expand laterally. Because each individual’s gait varies, this controlled deformation responds dynamically to inward or outward foot loading, helping redistribute force and support static balance during ground contact.
An internal adaptive foam layer works with midsole compression to create a unified foot-shoe interaction, enhancing containment without rigidity.
Innovation is achieved through structural geometry rather than complex material technologies.
Product Detail PANDA features a breathable polyester mesh upper combined with stitched recycled textile panels for structural reinforcement. Textured black components and selected midsole details integrate recycled materials to support sustainability while remaining production-efficient.
A lightly padded tongue distributes lace pressure evenly, while an internal adaptive PU foam layer wraps the foot to enhance containment and comfort. An additional ankle insert improves heel stability and reduces friction.
The midsole is constructed from compression-molded EVA with integrated dual soft EVA bubble inserts in the heel zone. An anatomically segmented outsole applies rubber strategically in high-wear areas to reduce weight while maintaining durability and natural flexibility.
