Innovation The product innovation of this boot can be split up into two parts the upper and the out-sole. The upper was made to be a collapsible and extendable piece of leather depending on weather and warmth levels. The sock is also made to keep in warmth much like the construction of the leather allowing the folds of thick leather to act as insulation in freezing temperatures. The second part is the out-sole which is a two-part system existing of a mid-sole that is cemented on to the upper and an outer cage outsole that extends over the mid-sole and above the upper to create a secure design. The out-sole can be interchanged depending on ware or for customizability purposes with color blocking. This out-sole also has screw in cleats that can also be changed depending on the conditions and terrain of the mountain.
