Description
Form is a wearable technology that will help you perform lifts correctly to prevent back injuries at the gym. Form tells you what you are doing wrong and exactly when. Sensors detects rounding or hyperextention of three different areas of your back and alerts you via audio, video and vibration on the specific area of your back as you lift. The Form app shows you exactly where you lift improperly and advice on how you can improve on your next set. After your session, remove the technology from the clothing, and recharge, ready for the next day at the gym. Use form to fix your form now and prevent injuries later.

Innovation
The product tracks the back position of users who lift at the gym. Lower back injury is one of the most common and dangerous injuries user incur at the gym and form looks to prevent this issue. Flex sensors in the product detect rounding or hyperextension of the whole spine from the neck to the lower back. The Form app gives live feedback via audio, video and vibration as the user lifts if they start to lift improperly. The user is able to go to the app to check previous lifts to know where they previously went wrong.

A lot of further development will be made in the product before final manufacture
