Description
Xera is a specialized hijabi tri suit featuring an adjustable head covering, modular skirt panels, and a hair-safe adjustment strap. Through purpose-driven design, XERA offers a streamlined suit that meets at the intersection of athletic performance and cultural values, while simultaneously challenging existing rules and regulations that do not have the target users’ needs in mind. With its innovative design, Xera seamlessly integrates a modest, modular hijab and skirt into a streamlined tri-suit, offering an inclusive alternative to the revealing, noncompliant options dominating the market. This thoughtful approach encourages greater participation and representation in sports for a long-overlooked demographic.

Innovation
The Xera Hijabi Women’s Tri suit was designed with ethnic, weight, and hair type differences in mind. The adjustable head covering allows for all types of hair textures and thicknesses to comfortably sit underneath, as well as the head strap for safe adjustment without damaging hair by tugging and pulling at it. Furthermore, the modular skirt panels can relax and provide comfortable coverage to boost athletes’ confidence, as well as secure tightly to the body using Velcro points when transitioning to swimming to reduce drag. Nutrition storage seamlessly blends into the back of the suit in line with its futuristic design, and chosen materials offer a quick-drying and lightweight suit providing a competitive edge in compliance with cultural standards. The product provides fabric patches and a sewing kit for a durable suit for a demanding practice.

Product Detail
The XERA tri suit hijab and skin components are made of a nylon-spandex fabric blend to ensure a fitted, durable, quick-drying suit. The skirt panels are made of a 2-way stretch nylon-cotton fabric blend for a structured and modular function. Reflective vinyl ensures the safety of athletes on the road without compromising modesty, and Velcro touchpoints are adjustable for neck comfort when fastening the hijab as well as transforming the skirt. Opening and closing the entry panel at the front of the suit rely on 4 snap buttons sewn below the tri suit’s surface, leaving a clean external look. Notably, the tri suit is a unified article with all components working in tandem.

Specification
The XERA tri suit comes in standard US sizes of small, medium, and large. Due to the fabric choice and adjustable components, the suit aims to accommodate various body types while ensuring a comfortable and streamlined fit. Chosen colors and stitch patterns align with a study of athletic wear that is aesthetically and purposefully futuristic, along with traditional techniques of hidden shadows and forms.
