Description
Trusted by medical professionals, elite athletes, and weekend warriors alike, the STOKO SUPPORTIVE TIGHT offers an innovative solution for knee pain and instability. Designed to mimic the body’s muscles and ligaments, its patented support system utilizes 30 meters of high strength Dyneema® cable seamlessly integrated into an engineered compression knit. When activated, the system delivers medical-grade bracing without compromising appearance, comfort, or range of motion. Discreet enough to wear throughout the day, it easily transitions from high-performance activities to everyday routines, providing versatile support without drawing attention. The SUPPORTIVE TIGHT adapts to each user’s unique needs with two dials in the waistband, allowing for independent control of the support in each leg. This customizable support ensures personalized comfort and pain relief, giving users the option to adjust the level of support throughout the day—turning it up for high-impact activities and relaxing it for all-day wear. With this adaptability, users can navigate their daily routines with confidence, knowing they have the support they need to remain active and engaged in their activities.

Innovation
The Stoko Supportive Tight combines the support and stability of traditional knee bracing with the comfort and performance of an athletic compression tight. At Stoko, We leverage existing flat bed knitting technology in innovative ways to integrate the support system within the fabric itself and to include multiple zones of varying fabric performance characteristics. This technology allows us to seamlessly transition between channels housing the cabled support system, structural zones that hold the tensioned cables in specific anatomical locations, and varying thicknesses of knit fabrics allowing for strategic compression and ventilation throughout the body, helping the garment to function as a cohesive system. The patented support system utilizes 30 meters of high strength Dyneema® cables as well as two independently controlled tension dials for each leg, allowing the user to continually adjust the support of the system based on their needs. The Supportive tight is also designed with a structurally knit knee strap that helps increase support and proprioception on the user’s patellar tendon.
