Dave is a Polish-born immigrant with a background in Industrial Design, graduating from Wentworth Institute of Technology in 2014. Upon graduation, Dave landed a job at Vibram and has held positions of designer, technical product manager, design and development manager, and most recently creative director.
He has worked on thousands of projects and collaborated with 100s of brands through Vibram, some of which include the likes of Yvon Chouinard and Matthew M Williams. In addition to all of those partnerships and collaborations, he has designed products in a number of environments from military, lifestyle, snowboard/ski, robotics, hiking, trail, and many more.
When not working within footwear, he is a commissioned artist/painter, a podcast host – An Untold Narrative, and volunteers on a city Arts Council board where he lives in Worcester, MA (US).
