After graduating with a Bachelor in Fine Art in Industrial Design at the Brigham Young University, Daniel Shirley acquired experience in soft goods and Co-founded the backpack company Tessel Supply. He also worked at Cotopaxi (bags), Nike (socks), and is now a Footwear Designer Teamsport for Puma. Focused on performance and 3D conceptual footwear design, Daniel defines his passion for design as “blending the familiar with the unexpected, while injecting insights and play”.
