Noreen Naroo-Pucci is a global thinker and multi-cultural executive of the Apparel and design industry.
She has applied her creativity, leadership and business acumen at several prominent brands to lead teams in both entrepreneurial and structured environments. Most recently she was the Chief Design Officer at Mizzen+Main (based in TX), a young menswear brand gaining traction in their space. There, she was responsible for the full product life cycle and owned and implemented their GTM strategy.
Prior to this, she was the SVP of Design, Menswear- North America for Calvin Klein (NY based), an iconic brand where she led a team that designed apparel that ranged from trendy to classic. She also co-founded and was the Chief Creative Officer of KIK Axion Sports, where she redefined uniforms for martial arts athletes.
During Noreen’s eleven years at Under Armour (based in MD), she was their Senior Creative Director and was promoted to the VP of Global Design Engine, where she led design for women and youth footwear, apparel and accessories.
Noreen also worked at Fila Sports, ONYX Spa and Champion Europe- all in Italy, in creative and design leadership roles.
Her early career began at Marks & Spencer’s, Tilsonberg Co Ltd and Unidoor International Ltd, in London and Hong Kong.
Noreen has also dedicated time to supporting the next generation of designers, investing time teaching at Mica/Hopkins, Parsons/The New School, FIT and serving on two design school boards in inner city Baltimore
