Chris Stone is a Senior Designer at Durston Gear, where he spends his time on research, prototyping, and the ideation process. Before joining the team at Durston, Chris spent several years working across various design and sustainability roles at The North Face, Arc’teryx, and Burton.
When he isn’t in the studio, Chris teaches 3D softgoods design at the University of Oregon, helping students get comfortable with CLO 3D and modern development workflows. He holds a Master’s in Sports Product Design from UO and enjoys balancing his time between professional practice and the classroom.
