French industrial designer born in 1977, renowned for his minimalist and functional approach to design. After studying civil engineering, he pursued a career in design, working for agencies for ten years before founding his own studio in 2009. His work is characterised by a particular attention to materials and ergonomics, creating products that combine simplicity and elegance. Florent has worked with prestigious brands such as Ligne Roset and L’Oréal, and his work has been shown at international exhibitions, notably in Milan and Dubai. In addition to his work as a designer, he has taught at the École de design Nantes Atlantique, sharing his expertise with the new generation of designers. As a skipper, surfer and kitesurfer for many years, he has also been able to take advantage of his taste for boating in various projects with the naval architecture firm Mauric.
