Reinhard was a windsurfing professional, studied architecture at the Technical-University Graz and idesigned innovative sport products. Since 1996 Pascher+Heinz focuses, with 25 co-designers, on sport brands and improves them with the Sports-Design-Thinking process. The interdisciplinary cooperation between athletes, designers and brand strategists leads to new and sustainable brand designs. Startups and world leading brands alike. Pascher+Heinz consulted companies like Adidas, ABUS, BMW, Dynafit, FAZUA, Fischer Ski, ISPO, Lamunt, Ortovox, Salewa, VOLVO, Weleda and many others.
Reinhard was 32 times head judge of the ISPO BRANDNEW, the biggest startup competition of the sporting goods industry and accompanied 1200 brands into the sports world. For many years Reinhard Pascher is judge at various Design Awards, especially the German Design Award.
